Welcome to the September Recap with AlyKat. This month, Eos saw many events that helped players advance their builds, along with several key releases.
Releases
Gear Power Up/Sanctum of Power
Bringing a huge addition to Boosts, most Gear Sets can now be powered up to level 20. Players saw a large jump in stats with the ability to Power Up! Power Up Gear Chests are found in the Sanctum of Power, along with Gear Chests for most major sets. To learn more about this, see our article on the topic.
Shiva/Astrals
Our first Astral, Shiva, swept into Eos, adding a new addition to combat mechanics. Shiva marches with your army, or stays at home to help defend. We wrote about Shiva earlier this week, so please check it out in case you missed it!
VIP 100
VIP levels go to 100 now, with new benefits and boosts. For more information, click here to see our article on the subject.
Oracle Blessings
New Oracle Blessings add 100% Elite Construction Speed, 100% Elite Research Speed, 50% Research Elite Food Cost Reduction, and 50% Construction Elite Food Cost Reduction.
Ravus 150

Karbalos Monster
A new Monster for your arsenal, the Karbalos requires Monster Farm 10.
Events
The Four Neutral Realms
We were treated to a new event concept. Four Neutral Realms opened up for us to explore, with each Realm containing different benefits to reap.
Devious Tonberries
We all spent days upon days this month hitting these creatures. They dropped Lanterns for use in the Moogle Market, which allowed everyone to purchase many needed items. From upgrading the Elemancy Hall to advancing Hero levels, this event was a huge benefit and a huge hit!
Gilgamesh Realm Boss
Power it up! The Gilgamesh Realm Boss dropped Power Up Chests and Gear Chests by the truckload. Players that purchased the multiplier packs were able to pick up even more. The result of this was some pretty impressive battle reports coming out of the Realms due to highly Powered-Up Gear.
Griffon Towers
The players with Shiva unlocked benefited the most from this event. The Towers dropped Griffon Feathers, which are used to upgrade Hero medals in the Magitek Converter.
Shiva/Neutral Realm
A free Shiva unlock was offered as the Tier 3 prize in this event. However, this was very difficult to finish, so most players spent their time farming the monster tiles to collect RSS to train the Disciples of Shiva. These Mercenary troops have the power of T8 troops, along with an additional Attack bonus against regular troops.
Daemonic Threat
The Daemonic Castles invaded Eos again, dropping Cores to upgrade Blueprints and Tomes in the Magitek Converter.
Four Realm Bosses
These Realm Bosses dropped different categories of Blueprints and Tomes depending on which corner they stood. Royal, Exalted, Divine and Elite were all available.
Piñata Party (Garula)
Another bringer of late nights and lost work time, the Garulas entered the Realms for a Piñata Party, dropping candy for use in the Garula Moogle Market.
