Guide to Nyx Ulric Level 200

Nyx Ulric
Nyx Ulric

As a member of the Kingsglaive, Nyx has dedicated his life to protecting his kings and kingdom. The skills that he has picked up along the way will serve to help you defend your empire in combat as well as strengthening the Forts you hold in the Disputed Realm. Read on and find out more.

Nyx Hero Skills

Compared to the level 200 release, we see a slight increase in the MP Multiplier Bonus, Hero Attack Bonus, and Hero Attack Streak. However, all other monster stats are the same.

Along with some hefty combat bonuses, you’ll also find that there are Hero Skills that increase the boosts provided by adding Kingsglaive Ignis, Cor, and Kingsglaive Gladio in the Order of Heroes. Of course, you will have to have Nyx as your active hero as well as have those heroes in any Order to benefit from these additional bonuses! Most of his combat boosts start at hero level 116, so you’ll have to level him up a little to see some of the perks from his Hero Skills.

Nyx Mastery Skills

It looks like Nyx has continued boosting Dark Monster troops with the level 200 release. That, along with the Disputed Realms boosts, will make him a good contender for the next Fort event. However, when you look at the rest of his combat skills, you will see that unlike some of the most recent heroes, his Mastery Skills do NOT double. In fact, they don’t increase at all! But, don’t let that dissuade you from utilizing all the skills that he can provide your empire.

Guild Adventure Hall

Even with the significant increase in Dungeon Physical Attack, Nyx isn’t going to be one of the better heroes to use in the hall. With only a 4500 Attack base stat, those multipliers in his Hero Skills are going to have a hard time competing with Kingsglaive Prompto’s 6000 Attack! Although if you have his third ability, he will still be able to solo most of the halls, and if you also have AutoPlay for Nyx (like yours truly), he will be your go-to when you want to lazily run. But, if you’re wanting to hit the hardest that you possibly can, then you will want to stick with Kingsglaive Prompto or even Iris.

Comparing Nyx to Glauca

The skills of the two heroes are extremely similar. For your convenience, here is a list of where their skills differ, so you can decide which hero you prefer to focus your energy on.

Should You Level Up Nyx?

Since you most likely already have Nyx unlocked, all you will need to do is grab the Heroic and Mythic medals needed to level him up. After all, Nyx was the preferred choice of hero when he was released, especially since he made Monster Troops even beefier than they already were. Then there are the Disputed Realms boosts that you’ll need if you plan on grabbing a Fort (or six).
